If you have the highest offer when our Offers Acceptance Period ends, it is high enough to win the auction of the vehicle at Copart, covers Copart fees and our commission, you will receive an invoice from PayPal.com requesting the payment of a security deposit for $400 or 10% of your offer (whatever is higher) which must be paid and cleared before Copart virtual auction starts. If the security deposit is received on time, we will pursue the acquisition of this vehicle on your behalf at Copart.

If we are successful purchasing the vehicle on your behalf, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. The balance due will be the amount of your offer plus $50 handling fee minus the security deposit you paid. You have 2 business days to pay the vehicle, after that a $50 daily late payment fee applies. If a vehicle is not paid in full within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, the sale will be canceled and you will lose the security deposit. If we are not successful purchasing the vehicle on your behalf the security deposit will be refunded immediately.

You will have 7 calendar days from the purchase date to pick up the vehicle at the Copart facility where it is stored before storage fees begin to apply. You can pick up the vehicle immediately after we receive your payment. Once we receive the vehicle's document from Copart and the Bill of Sale signed by you, we will reassign the ownership of the vehicle to you and mail you the documents. This process shouldn't take more than 10 days.

Please be advised that this is not a regular auction website like eBay. The vehicles shown on this website are auctioned by Copart Auto Auctions not by us. The fact that your offer is the highest on our website when our Offers Acceptance Period is closed, and/or that you pay the security deposit, does not mean you won the vehicle already. This website is not updated with the bids submitted at Copart and the offers you submit here are not shown on Copart.

Copart accepts bids from many other authorized buyers like us, and hence may accept an offer other than yours even if yours is the highest on our website. Your offer will have to compete against the bids at Copart so always keep in mind that more important than having the highest offer on our website, is that your offer is high enough to win the auction of the vehicle at Copart, covers Copart fees and our commission.
