How do I register?Very easy, just enter your information on the Registration Page, pay the $25 USD annual subscription fee, and in a couple of minutes you will receive by email your login credentials.

Can I inspect the vehicles?Yes, actually we highly recommend you always inspect the vehicles you want before bidding. You can go to the Copart yard where the vehicle is stored and inspect it, Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.

Is the security deposit refundable?Yes, it is refunded if you do not purchase a vehicle or if you request it upon meeting all payment terms. You forfeit your security deposit and will have to pay a penalty fee if you are awarded a vehicle and do not meet all payment terms and conditions.

How much are the transaction fees?You will pay Copart fees, our broker fee and sales tax (if applicable). Our broker fee is just $250 USD or 5% of the sale price (whichever is higher). Please check the Fees Table for complete details including additional fees like Copart’s late payment and storage fees.

Can I bid directly at Copart.com?In order to bid at Copart.com you have to register with our sister site www.SalvageReseller.com which is our Copart Registered Broker site. For more information and a comparison table please click here.

Where and when can I pick up the vehicle?You can pick up your vehicle directly at the Copart facility where the vehicle is stored, immediately after we receive the documents signed by you, a copy of your ID and the vehicle is paid in full.

Do you offer shipping services?No sorry we don't do shipping but you can find transporters, get an estimate or list your shipment at our Transporters page even before bidding. We don’t force you to stick to a specific transporter, you are free to choose the shipping company of your choice, you could save if you hire the shipping yourself.

Do you offer inspection services?No sorry we don’t inspect vehicles but for your convenience we have a Inspectors page in which you can search inspectors by language and/or facility. Please always inspect the vehicles before bidding, remember all the vehicles are sold AS IS - WHERE IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
